Most hashiras have never fought at all in anime. And well, he only has one fight plus some minor scenes. Even more, in the only fight he is, he is only there to balance out the power levels unlike the other guys there who have a great reason to be fighting against Kokushibo (and to put up the nr1 vs nr1 but this is mainly the same reason). btw, im not counting muzan fight as his, as it is literally everyone vs muzan and everyone was doing about the same thing.

AGRS was initially a voice only character that appeared in early days of Anigera (the seiyuu name is untold so that AGRS would be a sort of AI thingy character. Most listeners speculated that Nishida Nozomi is the seiyuu.) After episode 183, AGRS' recorded voice stopped being used until now. It is most likely due to Nishida has quit Atomic Monkey agency, which is also the agency Sugita is still working for too. After the rise of Vtubers as late of 2017, Sugita made a 3D model for AGRS so that he can use the "body" to appear in any Vtubers' shows as a guest, like you have stated.

There is nothing to be surprised at all. Anigera have been inviting Vtubers as guests since 2018. The first one was Shiro and that horseman Baacharu, followed by Nekomasu Noja Loli Kitsune Ojisan, Asano Ruri, Sister Claire, Yuuki Chihiro and Mirai Akari. It would then be a real surprise if they could call over Oyabun and Tsuki-chan as guests.
