My favorite character is Su Su. I'm way more invested in her story than Rosie's at this point . They've really messed up Rosie's storyline with her second love interest. He's creepy, a compulsive liar, a manipulator, and a stalker.

I agreed. They destroyed ROSIE. People just don’t get it long distance relationships you have to work hard and COMMUNICATE. She didn’t even want to go back to school, when Eric had her best interest and ended up going back elsewhere not Even considered FRANCE, PARIS. Then, meets someone who honestly wasn’t even close to her level. I read the synopsis’s and I am saddened that she just ended up with the second dude and had a child and then he had her jobless. Great guy. NOT! She an Eric made a BEAUTIFUL Couple. Then, again I understand long distance relationships. Having been in one. No regrets.

What a heavy episode, I really love Su's character, she is strong, resilient and beautiful! Hopefully she can heal. I'm not sure the brother deserves her, but we will see how he behaves in the future. I'm glad Rosie moved on from Eric, he was the WORST. Yet, her new male interest is a bit too clingy for my taste, I'm feeling stalker vibe. He changed jobs to get close to her, found a new place and lied to her that he already lived there, made her move her subsidizing her rent without telling her, says he doesn't want a relationship with a sad sob story about his dad when its clear he is gunning for her... I don't know, he seems disingenuous, a bit manipulative, even if he looks like a cute puppy. I'm worried he is a psycho.

This person is not simply a bit manipulative. He's incredibly skilled at manipulating situations. Men who don't tell a woman their feelings in a straightforward way are not better than psychos. The assistance provided by him is veiled by deceit, and he possesses a lack of self-assurance. Numerous women succumb to this type of “kindness” and subsequently find themselves in extensive control and very stressful situations. It is imperative that men refrain from using their challenging childhood or familial circumstances as an excuse for their inappropriate conduct. Naturally, this is a film, a drama, and I presume that an effort has been made to depict diverse life circumstances. I believe Eric shares a similar personality to Rose. Is it true that Rose's character is challenging?

Poor Su, has been through hell and back. No wonder she protects herself. Being sexually abused is one of the most horrific things that can happen to a person but when it's your stepfather and your mom believes him instead of her own daughter, that is just as traumatizing. Others have to understand that a part of you dies inside or becomes numb and won't necessarily ever change. She's an incredible character and I really like her with Rosie's brother. I hope she can heal. He seems sensitive enough of a person to have a positive impact in her life.

In my opinion, the first boyfriend is better; despite his faults, he had not lied to her; he wanted her to move to France to study. To be fair, most people would have grabbed the chance to study abroad. Also he wanted to make sure he had secured his career so that he could support his future wife/family. I think at the time Rose was too immature and behaved like a brat at times.

佟大為的外表氣質頗似台灣八零年代的一個歌手兼演員李亞明，純真的少年感帶著靦腆害羞不算特別英俊瀟灑但看著乾淨舒服讓人有值得相信倚靠的那種沈穩氣質。佟的演技也很棒，將黃振華演成此劇最值得信賴的男性角色之一（另一位是他爸😅)看他演戲真的很舒服。

This new guy is way too devious and looks like he's setting her up. He's doing so much for her behind her back and yet pretends to be aloof and uninterested in a relationship. Is his trick of being unattainable his way of getting her to be interested in him. What we can't have is always so much more appealing. She better work really hard at school. Too bad she's focused on children psychology because she needs to learn about adult mental disorders such as narcissism.

I'm not feeling this new male lead. I prefer Eric. I think the issue with their relationship was both their fault. He wasn't willing to give up his career, and she wasn't willing to give up hers. None of them wanted to compromise. She was ready to resign from her job if Tina didn't grant her leave, but when he suggested relocating to France with him, she got offended.... i still don't get it. Probably i'm missing something.

Yes you are missing something either because you are a man or you are the kind of woman who is fine being mistreated by bad men. The issue is not Eric's job, the issue is his attitude (1) he thinks his job is more important than hers, that she should follow him to France and abandon her whole life, even if he is living in miserable conditions in France and has no time for her, he dares suggest she moves there (2) he never knows how to communicate things properly, instead he lets her discover it, like he let her read that work email, then turned off his phone all night (3) let his mother disrespect her (4) talks to his ex all night at an event he dragged her to and where she knows no one. He is a disrespectful jerk, and only someone similar to him would not see that.

第一任莊國棟要發展自己的事業並沒有錯，就像如今的大學畢業生接到好的offer去別處發展,這是正確規劃人生。如果兩個人足夠愛和定力，是可以克服和調整的，這兩人開始的太快還未充分溝通協調，性格都自我，冷靜下來玫瑰可以去法國一起創造未來的，可以互相配合一起的。她說她不想離開父母，那轉身不是去了上海？而且絕大部分女兒都會出嫁離開父母生活的，這不是自相矛盾嗎？一開始她堅持不能做到的放棄到第二任不都放棄了嗎？還不如堅持到底不將就，人生就是選擇題。

I agree the relationship was in that stage of passion they hadn't reached the stage of mental maturity. Rose comes from a loving stable family. Ex comes from parents that are toxic that's what has shaped him. Even through they love one another their timing was off.

Eric had to build a career i don't find it a problem. She left her job and moved to Shanghai, leaving her parents behind. Then why she could not relocate to France. Selfish too her character.

Are you a child? There is a huge difference relocating within your country for your own studies/career and relocating to a foreign country where you know no one just for man. I feel that Rose's behavior is appalling. Yes, Eric is her first love, but he is older and growing career wise. She could have tried working out a long distance relationship or move to Paris. He has a solid career path. She didn't. And then, to top it all off, she left everything and moved to Shanghai and to a different career path! The new guy so far is quite unrealistic as well. Very weird script so far. Susu's storyline is far more interesting and relatable.

I love Kenny Lin's acting skills but he looks like a 30-year-old teenager with a 3 pack a day smoking habit in this :) I hope he ages into the character.
