I loved how Siyu father told her she would be wrong to try to get Ou Yang. That she had no chance to win his heart! And basically she would betray and hurt Mei Ya and would loose her as a friend. That she could not have them both like she stupidly thinks she can. He realized that he spoiled her too much and that was not a good thing to do. Because by him giving her everything she thinks she can get anything she wants. That is why she thinks she will be able to win his heart! She need to realize she just missed her chance when she went back France to even try to get Ou Yang. But I feel she would of never had a chance because Mei Ya was already slipping into Ou Yang heart and he just did not realize it yet.
