Without discrimination , I believe that xu Kai soso delivered exactly who Yang hua is including his voice and nervousness. He is not a social butterfly. He loves to work alone at home doing stock market and only talk with his turtle. He’s not very talkative kind of person. I think If you put too much emphasis on your tone of voice and make it clearer and stronger it will not reflect the true Yang hua. Being nervous in real life helped create or bring Yang hua into real life. I don’t think you should apologize coz that’s who Yang hua is suppose to be. I have never heard any stock market introvert being boastful and loud. They’re very reserve and quiet people and so smart, self taught and geniuses. One thing they all have soft voices. So I believe you did very well at represent Yang hua in real life. Bravo little brother 😎💪🙌👍

To start fixing those little things and track his improvements, his leading lady on his next modern drama should be with someone like WJY. They're both intelligent and smart, and interacted well together. Their connection even if there was an awkward moment, it was still pleasant to watch them act together. If he's comfortable with his leading lady, no doubt his whole system relaxes too. Voila! Have watched Royal Feast twice already, won't be the last.

His previous drama mostly ancient or costume drama that required standard mandarin (with no dialect). And also depend on the request of the production house too. they usually prefer used proffesional dubbed actor :)
