There was one time where Souma Saitou and another seiyuu, forgot who is he, offended Korean feminists on Twitter because they did the boobie thing with their hands. Koreans called out their being misogynistic meanwhile Japanese fangirls defended them and pitied them for being attacked. Yeah, maybe the Korean feminists were being too sensitive. This is Japanese's sense of humour, I guess? Japanese sense of humour is known for being bizzare. They had no bad intention to disrespect anyone. But at the same time, Japanese women are taught to be submissive, polite, kind, etc. I don't believe they are actually smart while handling men. I saw some Japanese Seungri fans, obviously female on Twitter being sad over him getting caught (he did some really fucked up shit) rather than being mad about his misogynistic crimes he did.
