Hi Chef Hu and the secret camera man, thanks for making this amazing video! Also thanks to Ingrid, Chef Vlado, his family and all the crews for making this video possible. I can't hide my excitement when I see the cheeses, not to mention the cuteness of those sheeps :D I hope they didn't kick you when you tried to milk them :D Cheers

So pumped to see you explore new adventure in Slovakia of their cheese making & all kinda cheeses (eg. spicy taste etc). What a beautiful & relax place to live in!!! You're definitely smashing & will go far. Bravo...
it's really exciting to see such a big herd of sheep. i had once experienced separating cheese or butter from cow milk by hands. our hands kept pushing and rotating the half frozen raw cow milk in the same direction, and magically, two parts formed , liquid and butter, or cheese. is it working to replace rennet with lemon juice? thanks
As I’m watching you and everyone else milk the goats, I couldn’t help but wonder if all that squeezing causes carpel tunnel?? Or maybe develops a very firm handshake??? hahaha!!! Thank you for another interesting video!

Indeed the farmers have one of the firmest handshakes I have ever experienced. 😂
