14:37 - I really like when the ref puts their hands on their hands and says "go" as they lift their hands away. Gives a clear indicator of when to go, but also it's very clear on the replay if it's an early start or not. In this case, the ref's hands were still on their hands WAY after Kamil went (going frame by frame). I would actually rewrite the rules to be that the real start is when the ref's hands are lifted (and they would also be required to say "go" at the same time). Some athletes would be better when they focus on the feel, and it might help the athletes on the side of the table that faces away from the ref, too. When you go frame-by-frame, there are moments where they jump the gun and not even the ref realises. Kamil vs Jerry would be craaazy.

I am by far no expert on arm-wrestling but Kamil absolutely did not have shoulders squared in every single match. He was basically touching other side of the table with his shoulders during setups. How refs did not catch it despite staring right at it just behooves me because with other competitors they make this big fuss over far less of a shoulder lean. Kamil literally had his back over the edge of the table, that's how far he was leaning and preloading for every match.
