So wish Flying Circus would sort out their impact crash physics. The front of the fuselage should just crumple in, there shouldn't be an intense explosion the propels the wreck 200m across a field. The game looks so great in almost every other way but that one thing really bugs me out! Anyway, another absolutely spiffing crash compilation, thanks Renzic :)

That always bugged me, but it’s worse with bombers that just detonate from the middle when their nose makes contact with the ground

It was very rare for the wings to become detached in reality. Most aircraft went down because the pilot or the engine was hit. Any aircraft that went in hard completely disintegrated. These crashes are not very realistic, even though the aircraft themselves are beautifully realistic.
