Engine Hoist Caster/Wheel Replacement

Here's how I replaced my seized casters on my Harbor Freight Pittsburgh Shop Crane with Northern Tool Casters. Only took some slight modification.

Just a suggestion. You can just flip the old caster over ( both wheels facing away) then mach and scribe. Saves you from having to cut the old caster.

I need to do this, the casters on my hoist are absolute garbage and bend every time I use it.
