Engine Oil Cooler Replacement 2000 Ford Excursion 6.8L V-10

In this video I take you along as I replace the engine oil cooler on a 2000 Ford Excursion 6.8L.
The oil cooler failed on this vehicle and introduced oil into the cooling system. This is why I’m replacing it.
Note: A visual inspection of the oil cooler must be performed after repairs to check for oil and coolant leaks. Repair as needed.
It's my opinion that vacuum filling the cooling system is the best way to fill the cooling system.

No o ring on the bolt going threw the oil cooler?

Hello sir Actually when in our country oil mix in water We change gasket. But this oil cooler is not exist in our cars only oil filter.so explain plz

Well, I thought I explained it in the video. I'm not sure what other information I can add for you. Are you asking why oil coolers don't exist in your country? I can't tell you. I'd think on a big vehicle such as the one shown in the video that puts in a lot of work an oil cooler would be required. What country are you in?

So, they have 2000 Ford Excursions with 6.8L over there without oil coolers? I would think Ford would keep the design regardless of country because of the need for it.

@@BarboursAutoHelp that's why I am searching on abroad autos. Our system is so currupt/bad. They don't want to grow Pakistan. Infact we have Honda (civic/city/reborn etc), Toyota Corolla (xli,gli) and others cars.companies just change shape otherwise doing nothing.
