Probably regular tires a single tire can support up to 7,3t they have 26 (10 on truck and 16 on trailer) 26 x 7,3 = 190 tons The tires are slightyly overloaded but given that they are designt for highway speed and they are just crawling it is fine.

That doesnt matter because you have to obey the road laws. In Germany you can have 10t per axle on single wheels means 5t per tire. You can buy regular truck tires with a capacity of 7,3t per tire. Given that the truck has 10tires and the trailer 16 (4 axle dualy) They have 26 tires x 7,3t means the tires are designt for 190 tons. 200 tons is fine because they are only crawling but the tires are designt for highway speed.

you should choose the right vehicle configuration when you buying your truck. if you need to carry heavyweight, bigger engine power, reinforced and big ratio transmission, big ratio wheel side reduce rear axles, reinforced chassis are needed everything is reinforced

they are not 200 tons truck, they are about 105---130 tons of load truck, but plus the weight of the truck itself, th gross weight of the whole truck could be 150----160 tons. let do the math, 1ton of coal is 1000 KG----which is 40 cubic foot of coal, you see the container of the truck is 65 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet tall, so, 65X8X8=4160 4160divided by 40=104 tons of coal, depends on how dry or how wet the coal is, wet coal full load on these truck can weight over 130 tons. then, add on the weight of the tractor, the tare weight of the cargo container and the rear body frame and rear wheels and tires, you get gross weight-----160 tons, which is 4 times over the gross weight limit of the United states' truck.

Glad to discuss with you, but I have to say the container dimension you estimated is not right. size is 17.3m long, 3.3m wide, 3.4m tall. so the volume is bigger than you calculated. you can watch video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3ebZqV_btSsm68 container is much more wider than normal cab, and some clips shows the weight result of scale

@@truckfan26163 yeh, it could be exceed 200 tons, that is hell the load that beat up/kill the gear box and the engine no matter of one year, I bet u they can not travel fast, maybe 40 kilometer per hour, and they won't go too far either, maybe a distance of somewhere near 40 kilometers. no traffic violation to carry such weight? drive on public road? is it legitimite?

@@mr.commander3947 they are not so weak, they can sustain this load for many years. you can feel speed of these trucks in this video, right, not so fast. distance is usually 100~200 KM in one trip. they only running on nonpublic road, carry coal from mining pit to train station.

@@truckfan26163so, what is the point to abuse those trucks since they r not driving on the public road, why not build a railroad from the mining field to the train station? hence the heavy load can be easily transported by small train, that 100 kilometers rail track is not a big investment

​@@mr.commander3947it makes sense considering haul trucks cost 7 million a pop and only haul 400t tons. When these cost you 120k and they can haul 200t. Railroads pose their own issues and they cost money. Why build a railroad when they wont be needed once things move around. Roads can always have use later. Makes sense to beat up these trucks and replace them every year. You get more bang for your buck.
