for vegan recipes - finding them can be hard for argentina. Jewish argentinian recipes - even harder. But iranian jewish - that's pretty much impossible for me - until now! So this is really exciting to see - because I built (not fully - there's just so much to explore) an argentinian vegan database, I did find a few (maybe less than 5) jewish argentinian recipes among the hundreds for the country. However, iran has such a rich culture for colors, clothing, architecture even - that it also is rich for food. I've tried to make jewish vegan recipe databases before, but fell short - so this is a huge step forward. Honestly - there's going to be plenty of jewish recipes that're going to be extremely hard to find. Iranian might not be the hardest, but imagine iraq, syria, bahrain? It would be quite some lengths to get even a taste of so many countries in this region of the world - one would have to risk their life many times over to bring those recipes to the public, so this means so much in terms of vibrance to jewish learning - it's spectacular. It saves us all from needing to go at length to find what's in this book!
