I’m about to join my online Bible study and after watching the first half hour of this video I’m going to do it sitting on the floor! 😎

I started Day 1 of Built to Move today - then happened upon this video. The Breathing Test is hitting hard - my 92-year-old grandpa is having that very problem right now. The next 20 days I'm sure are going to be educational for me. And I appreciate Rip saying he struggled with the first test! Love the podcast. Thank you.

Thanks. that airport security check shoulder thing. I had a neighbor in early 50s who had trouble putting on those no-button upper body underwears. God bless!

Thanks a lot. I like your idea that we need to routinely prepare and train for the worst case scenarios. God bless!

So far this is pretty intimidating. Due to high dose steroids 13 years ago I need double hip replacements. At 59 years old I also need strength training. Hard to find movements I can do, and the cross-legged thing is just so far from what I’ll ever be able to do again. I wish I could relate to the physical conditioning you’ve experienced and are recommending. I’ll listen for any gems but right now just want to cry.

What a great podcast! Just picked up "Built to Move" at my library a few days ago...on Day 3 of their 21 day challenge. I feel so much better and especially as I have been dealing with musculoskeletal issues for the past few years. After one day of their exercises I feel much better. Looking forward to a more active and vital future!!! Thank you Rip for bringing them to us🥰🦾

O my god. I found that it is not easy sitting on the ground and work. I found that it is impossible to sit on the ground for an hour. I have to get up and stretch. Great. And I feel that I am happier sitting on the ground. I will keep training my body to adjust to these new positioins. God bless!

Thanks a lot. My sleeping keeps improving after I adopted whole plants diet. I found that quitting all animals, and processed foods helped a lot. Alcohol is a big NO NO NO, especially don't use them even in your cooking everyday, because it is a carcinogen, and harms our livers, which is why people wake up between 1 - 3 in the morning. No cigarettes, also a carcinogen. Of course really work hard to get rid of all the drugs and medicatioins, supplements, and try to avoid them as plagues. If you are eating whole plants only, without eating dead animal bodies or animal secretions, without any manmade chemicals such as drugs and supplements, without sugar oil salt, without any processed foods, your sleep will improve grealy. But I found that the following whole plants especially helpful: quinoa, carrots, tart fruits (so tart you really cannot directly eat them, and maybe have to boil them a bit), strawberries, goji berries, longan, walnuts. Maybe everyone can respond differently, but try to find your own super sleep helper plants. May everyone sleep well each night. God bless!!
