For the underdamping, can the number be negative. If yes, then it would look like an over damping. If not, then the lowest number would be a 0. Thus ,the underdamping should be constant at Wn aka osculate forever. If you know any other resources or videos to watch, please let me know.

Can what number be negative? If the damping ratio were negative, it wouldn't be damping at all. Instead, it would be an exponential growth envelope that multiplies the sine wave.
