Amy, this one is up there with the best that I've seen before. Jarrad's uncharacteristic behaviour and his conversation with you took me by surprise. To hear such language coming from this cute guy is unbelievable! The poltergeist activities and Jarrad's behavior show the presence of demonic spirits in that house. Honestly, the way Jarrad kept looking at the camera after the ST session freaked me out. Can't wait to see that contagious smile and child-like behaviour of his back with him.

If anyone haven't said it already, a coal store is more common in older council houses in Yorkshire. Most houses built in Wakefield Council area have coal stores. They were used to store coal during the 50s to early 90s before gas and electric central heating became a common thing. Since most Yorkshire towns had multiple coal mines it was easier to store in these cold rooms than in a sack by the fire.

I haven’t been able to find out if the house is now empty? The resident who was there during all of the disturbing paranormal activity in the ‘70’s, stayed there until her death in 2003. She did say it all started after she used a ouija board 😬 the family that moved in afterwards did not stay long due to unexplained paranormal activity…would be a very interesting investigation if anyone can get in to the property 👍

I must say - Jarrad freaked me out when he came out of the estees session. He was just so calm.. It was like he had no idea what was happening, like something had jumped in his body or jumped out and he didn't realise that he was doing the session... Just the way he stared and didn't react to the footsteps either. Jarrad normally reacts a lot with the noises. Great session..

Jarrad's behaviour was so off it really stuck out as odd to me having watched many, many of your other investigations. The way he was staring, almost glaring at the camera at one point was a bit frightening, so I can well imagine you being wary of him at the time. Great video thanks. So sorry I missed the live! Team Rewatch! 30 East Drive was where I first saw a paranormal investigation! I was afraid that this home had gone quiet. The past few investigations I'd seen here had very minimal activity. Between you guys and Adelaide's Haunted Horizons, y'all got some really great evidence! It was so weird how the house effected Jarred! From his attitude towards you to his trance like state during the Estes, please make sure he gets properly smudged. That was definitely out of character for him! I agree that it seemed to have happened suddenly. And that scratch... I almost think that was paranormal since it happened about the time his attitude changed. He was definitely under attack this night I think. Great investigation!!! 30 East Drive will always be the place that started off my thirst for the paranormal... Besides what I had personally experienced in my own life as a child. I think the reason that paranormal investigators don't get much if any activity in really haunted locations anymore is maybe down to lack of energy? Well think about it a lot of haunted locations had families living there constantly so the spirits or and demons had a lot of fear to feed on and they gained a lot of energy because there was always someone or something to help them gain energy? So therefore that these places are only getting visitors now and again so are not as strong as they would be if they had an energy source constantly feeding them. Well that's just my theory anyway what do you guys think?

I lived in a haunted house where it was so creepy doors slamming a big shadow by the stairs that push you every time ,scratching .when I was little also my stuffed animals moved I am glad that house its now broken down .definitely something very evil lived there !

Great investigation. Our coal shed back in the day was in the yard, we used to draw straws as to who would go and fill the coal bucket to bring in the lounge for an open fire. Kept us cozy though. The coal men came once a week to fill the coal bunker. No central heating back in the day.
