You can do this, but have to get a little exploity because becoming the 5th Monarchists should remove you from the HRE emperorship. To get around this, if you take the first 5thM event, then hold the second event, renevato inbetween, then take the last 5thM event.

I've thought about doing something similar but going anglican. England gets a special button that lowers all rebel progress by 20 for 50 church power. Could make the harsh treats stretch much further. Great video though, watching you try to save the world was very fun.

The reason for multiple of the same modifiers in 1 estate thingy is that some missions change the estate thingies, and they just add the modifier like that, i guess to avoid confusion

He's far from the originator of "looking at reforms and understanding how they work and picking good ones." The fact you think people were in the dark before that video is ludicrous. 90% of his video ideas are things known by the speedrun/tryhard community at the minimum already, he's just bringing it to a wider audience. This one in particular is a silly one to identify as his work when there's even many reddit posts talking about it going back since Strengthen was nerfed a few years ago.
