The last time I enjoyed a rugby match as much as Sunday’s was the 2003 World Cup final. Watching this footage, you can only be humbled by the mid week work ethic, the cool words by an exhausted Ford halfway through extra time, and the unnecessary but honest post match apology from Farrell in the changing room. These men are the modern day equivalent of knights of the realm and they are an inspiration to Englishmen of all ages in every possible way. The media team who put this stuff together also deserve huge praise because its the most insightful and interesting rugby content ever to have been made.

Thank you England rugby to develop such an amazing series! I am an Italian lad who practice and compete in judo and jiujitsu, but I have always followed rugby and I would love to play it too. I am not so delusional to think to become a pro rugby player at 30, but I would like to add it to my martial arts training and play rugby in a small friendly team and playing matches on Sunday . Yes this is a desire of mine and I will do it once this Covid emergency will finish, because here every amateur sport is now unfortunately forbidden .Thanks a lot my english friends and please don’t stop to upload this kind of content. A big hug brothers!

Awesome performance and result guys! I'd ignore the negative spin put on it by the sports media, they're happiest when England are losing and in crisis. Nice to hear from John Mitchell; what a great servant he's been to English rugby, twice part of a successful coaching group. I'm sure the team will have developed a more refined attacking shape came the 6N but regardless, the defence will keep us winning games. It's down to the other 6N sides to work it out.

@@luzukochiya5107 This time all planets seem aligned. The right staff, a younger very professional generation, no lack of excellent substitutes, a kind of truce between the league and the federation (even though reluctantly), the right place... The only obstacles would be the draw and the level of the game in general which has improved and gain speed so much that there not a lot of difference between teams. I wonder if every team will still be able to keep and deploy its own style in the 2023wrc. I can't see a final without any SH nation. I suppose the draw is calculated for it anyway.

As a Springbok supporter, it is quite sad to see Mathew Proudfoot helping the English and giving away our secrets....ACTUALLY, I'm just joking, it is sad seeing him there but it will make no difference to them beating the Springboks or the Springboks being poorer for it - the Springboks just have too much talent and depth in talent, and the key people who were able to in a very short period of time, take that talent and use it properly are still in charge and have even more talent to choose from now
