I have already taken two of those TV’s back to them in the last four weeks being faulty

@mikeburns8959 Mike I feel for you. You would have to be very unlucky to have 2 faulty TVs. In 4 years, and 6 tv's we have not had an issue. Can I ask what were the faults, and how was the customer service? Did they replace them? 🍻

@ one had a cracked screen and when I turned it on all I got was coloured thin lines and the other one worked fine for awhile then started playing up and they repaired that one The service was very very good as I live just near their warehouse and went there Top company to deal with and very polite
