In my case no HEC was required. Also, of you pass interview just your passport is required for visa no other documents. No bank statement is required.

IELTS is not needed at embassy stage. Embassy will take its own test. You can take it later when it comes to admission in university

Hi Aryan, Namaste. Yes sure, one option is to apply for Mext university track for undergraduate in Japanese embassy in India. But competition is high. Other option is to directly apply for some scholarships in Japanese universities. Some of the universities I have shared in this video offer scholarships. I'll also make another video about it.

2 recommendation letters are better. Some universities have strict requirement of IELTS, some can accept the English proficiency letter. You can confirm on each university's website.

I have a question about my bachelor's degrees attestation? My degree is from USA online university in Business Administration, i have contacted the embassy in Islamabad via email. There response was that they accept all degrees but they did not answer which attestation is needed! Yes you can attach prospective graduation certificate and apply based on that. For attestation, it can be anyone authorized to attest documents. Like any university professor, or government officer can verify your document and can attest it.
