listen to the doctor- a nurse can also ask the same questions: Why did you come to th ED? Where is the pain? (location) When did it start? Is there anything that starts it? (triggers) Is there anything that makes it better? (alleviates) Let the patient know she will probably have an MRI after the doctor examines her.

I have a story to tell. I started to study for the oet two years now, but I have never got b grade at the four subtests despite my excellent answers, but Finally I knew why. It is the egyptian army and security who controls the results. The egyptian army sent me an officer after having the test for the third time and before publishing the results. They told me that I will get bad results and told me the exact results this is before publishing the results by oet, and I was astonished as they also told me that they control everything like the speaking cards and the examiner role play and the results, and after the results were published I got the results that the egyptian army officer told me that I will get, then they told me that I have to work with the egyptian army like a slave otherwise they will convert my life into hell. He also gave me 300 in the writing subtest for 3 succesive times Till now I can not pass the oet, the egyptian army confirmed that I have to work with them, and oet results are under their control, they know that I am poor and I have to be their slave to have a normal life. So, I am very depressed and suffers depression, I studied very hard and every time I get bad results. I do not want to work with them, and I want to leave Egypt and to pass my oet test. Awaits your reply.
