Native German here. It's almost impossible even for native Germans to find a job paying 50k+ a year without a decent! master degree or Diploma. Even if you have a suitable German 3 years Ausbildung and 30 years of experience in a job with an international field. Once you turn 45-50 years old there will be totally no job offers anymore. Ageism is a really big thing here. Dont be fooled by the guy working for Audi. These jobs are VERY rare. Audi is one of the best paying German employers, hell you even have to work only 7 hours per day. This is NOT the usual case. That is why many many Germans leave the country to work abroad like Switzerland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway or the US. This year's Median wage for all FTEs is around 45k and median wage for academics is like 60k. A year. Brutto.
