Don't look at the shinny numbers. Right now there are layoffs all around, competition is very high and it is crazy impossible to find a job in tech as a senior engineer let alone a junior one. Most expats are crazy scared/hectic for being let go. I hope there will be also some videos about the dark side of the tech jobs especially for the people who does not hold permanent residence or German citizenship

Don't fool people with positive experiences. It is low chance and difficult to find a job in Germany with B2 German not saying with English alone. It is possible in some fields like IT though. Additionally, the German hiring mentality is not flexible when it comes to your experience abroad; especially in the Building sector for example. Please be real guys.

And you dont need to speak perfect, i speak with many errors and write incorrect and they still are interested. They are ok if you can communicate in an advance level, must not be perfect.

Native German here. It's almost impossible even for native Germans to find a job paying 50k+ a year without a decent! master degree or Diploma. Even if you have a suitable German 3 years Ausbildung and 30 years of experience in a job with an international field. Once you turn 45-50 years old there will be totally no job offers anymore. Ageism is a really big thing here. Dont be fooled by the guy working for Audi. These jobs are VERY rare. Audi is one of the best paying German employers, hell you even have to work only 7 hours per day. This is NOT the usual case. That is why many many Germans leave the country to work abroad like Switzerland, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway or the US. This year's Median wage for all FTEs is around 45k and median wage for academics is like 60k. A year. Brutto.

Imo that is absolutely idiotic. If a country desperately needs skilled workers in a certain field then job opportunities should be made available. „Common courtesy“ would be to learn the essentials and keep learning.
