草東的兩位吉他手是我同學，有一天早上巫毒上課想到了旋律，就找筑筑編一下細節，就這樣他們花了三天時間編曲、詞，在學校的歌唱比賽決賽中，拿到了前三 kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZnvOm5mnjqt7qqs&ab_channel=hardmetalplayer 影片中的巫毒，剛摔完車沒多久，右手包的是石膏 p.s 筑筑曾說，一般人只知道他們彈吉他厲害，但不知道的是他們每天放學回家，就是一直彈吉他彈到睡著，每天都是抱著吉他起床，靠著這股熱情與意志力，才能稍微做到隨時都有靈感彈出來。

老樂迷看到聽草東好感動🥲他們其實很早就開始活動，只是後面才出專輯，大部分收錄在專輯裡的歌都是已經寫好很久的歌曲，之前就好好奇你聽到他們會有什麼反應，他們是台灣新地下樂團時代的開啟者，最近人責的巡迴有幸買到票去聽，現場更是炸裂，台灣直到現在也沒有幾個團有這個編曲跟voice的實力，如果可以的話希望你也可以聽聽草東的”缸””八”，猜你也會非常喜歡茄子蛋，你一定也會愛上他們的吉他英雄風格☺️可以聽他們的”親愛的無情孫小美”哦！

草東真的神，歌曲想要表達的情感扣人心弦。如此的細膩，如此豪放不羈，但那只是展現給你看的感覺，真正他卻躲藏在更深層的不想被人發現。所以他們的歌的就像礦脈一樣，慢慢的深掘就能得到更多的寶物。

Cao Dong is one of my fav band of the last 6 years. I'm so so sorry I've missed the live show in Milan and then Fan Fan died. I'm happy they find a way to go forward and comes out with a wonderful new album.

they’re composition is very delicate and harmonious. The drums fill every space it needs to, coming in and out perfectly in time. And their lead guitar’s melody is written in tandem with the vocals, like it’s able to switch positions any time. The rhythm guitar and bass supports and gives all their song so much body without ever overtaking the leads.

我個人最推的草東歌曲是"鬼" 中間的琶音真的很漂亮另外，在youtube上應該能找到完整的"醜奴兒"這張專輯(山海也有收錄在內)，按他原版的編排一次聽完會有不同的感覺，歌曲的順序都有經過精心設計的，真心推薦找時間按原專輯順序聽完整張，更能感受到草東的魅力

went to their recent performance in Taipei, the music was absolutely celestial, and the lights, the stage decorations were perfectly spot on. The story they were trying to tell, the tribute they paid were heartbreaking but invigorative at the same time, i personally cried my eyes out twice during the show, it was defin the best show ever, and the purest moment of my life

作为一个摇滚迷，刚开始我以为是中国歌手，着实惊艳到我了。后来发现是台湾摇滚更是惊掉下巴！（因为台湾更多让人想到是主流流行音乐，但后来想到中文歌曲的艺术也只有台湾的土壤才能孕育）太棒了！喜欢到无以复加👍可能符合我的口味吧！至今最喜欢的台湾音乐没有之一。

我第一次聽到這首歌是在手機上聽的，覺得有趣，因為非常厭世再加上有綠洲那種壓抑著力量的唱腔（我綠洲粉😂），後來我又再次用耳罩式耳機聽一遍，這次可嚇到我了，超強啊！所以我後來都跟人家說，如果聽草東沒感覺，那你肯定沒戴耳機😂

YO just got recommended this vid, rly love ur analysis and reaction! I've been on a Chinese and Taiwanese music kick recently and found a bunch of cool bands along with No Party For Cao Dong, I HIGHLY recommend you check out Hiperson they're genuinely one of the coolest bands I've found in recent times! I especially recommend their song "Found It"

No Party For Cao Dong is probably the most successful indie band here in Taiwan these years, glad that you liked them. There's another band called Sunset Rollercoaster, a city-pop band inspired by The Velvet Underground, maybe you can try them out too.

Where we live, the money we can earn is not enough to live on, and it is difficult to see our true dreams and future. If there's no way to get off the road, it'll be like this song. I recommend Paudull's "Ocean" here. Foreigners might not have heard of him much because he is just a police officer, but he defeated David Zee Tao, Wang Leehom, Jacky Cheung, and Harlem Yu to win the Best Male Singer award at the 2000 Golden Melody Awards (the biggest music awards in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau). However, he didn't like being in the spotlight, so he retreated to an outlying island after receiving the award. Even though he hasn't released many songs, they are all very pleasant to listen to.
