A long time ago chamre bhaat or yellow rice was very special and chamre gundruk matches very well. English Nepali Buhari said it very well - Subhash should be patient. @ 1- soak gundrak for 30 mins 2. - wash and squeeze 3- cut into small pieces 4- grind chili ( depending on the amount of people) add salt 5- grind it well 6 - boil 2 tomatoes and remove the tomatoe skin 7. - grind the tomatoes into the chill 8- add the gundrak and grind together lightly 9- add half a teaspoon of lemon juice to the gundrak 10- mix together and leave to soak for 10 mins - then serve
