If we take it at face value it's pretty simple. Rin and Len are cat burglars (geddit?) who, as they claim, are extremely good at their job and can steal absolutely anything. Len is mostly the one Rin gets to steal the things she wants, anything from an extinct butterfly, to an actress's dress. Len does anything she asks for, playing the role of the servant simply because he likes her. The circle zooms in on his heart at one part, which may indicate that and he makes a comment about Rin's eyes being his. To my understanding, he means the look in her eyes that she gets everytime she sees something she desires. Basically he's having a "senpai when will chu notice meh" moment. But Rin, as we can see, doesn't pay it any mind and instead concentrates on her fantasies of a kingdom all for her, filled with all her heart's desires. (Bad idea, Rin. Remember the last time you were royalty?) But she does threaten him about granting any other girl's request, so maybe we're getting somewhere? The song ends with Rin wondering what she would like to have next, and Len nursing the wounds of a failed attempt at romance. It's basically the unrequited love song of a cat burglar.
