We can use both in strong and base adjectives

Really means without any doubt, and very means so much in value or something else, it can also be used for the purpose of emphasis to point out a particular thing when used as an adjective instead of an adverb as in "The very topic I was gonna speak of". They can be used interchangeably in some certain contexts but just so you know the difference.

Too old to say but, I really like your outfit. I remember when I started learning english seriously. It was closely at my 20 age. It was really difficult to me and I keep struggling with it, but looking back, even if I commit some mistakes, I can see how much I improve, for me to say these word, for sure I passed for a lot of frustation, tired, giviness and stuffs like that.
