I can not understand why the 3rd person experienced a "walking trip" rather than "camping holiday" in the part 2. Please let me know the reason.

A walking holiday is one where you walk, usually from one village to another via beautiful countryside, have lodging at the end of the day, often you have luggage transfer so you don’t have to backpack and thus just carry a daypack. In short, a walking holiday allows you to truly see the destination at a slow pace so that you can really understand the people and culture you encounter on your travels. It’s a wonderful way to explore and have an authentic adventure! Also a walking holiday usually implies that you're hiking in a rural area, but not necessarily camping overnight - you might be staying in hotels etc. The fact that the audio refers to porters and a guide suggests that in this case they're talking about an organized walking holiday with prearranged overnight stays rather than a less structured walking holiday where you look for accommodation as you go along. This is what exactly the audio refers to. The audio doesn't include any point to mark it as a camping holiday.
