Alhumdulila, I got 8.5 in speaking following your suggestions, I tried using at least 2 idioms during the test, I memorised the list of idioms you gave and that Clover Uyen listed below in her comments. Thank you guys. You and E2 are the best for IELTS training! I got L 8.5, W 8, S 8.5 and R 7 thanks to both these channels :) I practised only for 2 weeks and while I speak pretty well usually, I did use Cambridge books as well to practise. Hope this helps someone!

Thank you so much, Keith! This was perfect! I have my speaking in 2 days from now, and I am having butterflies in my stomach. Also, I am just adding one feeling that I was looking for to describe the "accident I witnessed" and how I felt. I was particularly looking for feeling of being scared, I tried using nervous or sad, but it didn't fit the context. Here are few I noted down from internet (of course!) for anyone else who could be looking for it: 1. Make your blood run cold. 2. Jump out of skin 3. Skipped the heart beat 4. Scared to death 5. Shook the ground

P2: Describe a place (not your house) you usually go for relaxation. P3: What kind of topic you usually talk with your friends? not your parents Should big companies provide facilities for relaxation for employees Who is responsible for relaxation of elderly people (smth like that, don’t remember exact question) Hope it will be helpful 🌷😊

The phrase "banging head against the wall" is also used as a phrase in bengali. But with a slight modification like "patting forehead with hands".

Seeing you speak makes me feel that IELTS speaking is just a piece of cake. But in reality, I like to bang my head against the wall everytime I answer Speaking Question prompts.

Hi Keith. Hope you are fine. I just got my IELTS results and speaking is 8.0. I hugely thank to you and I definitely recommend your videos to those who are preparing for getting IELTS. BTW this video is extremely helpful, because there is no topic that you wouldn't use any of these idioms. For example I used those 2: I was raring to... And it drove me up the wall🌚🌝. My speaking part 2 was about puzzle and fun fact I have never ever built a puzzle in my entire life🌚so thanks a million!
