Do you work in IT? If so, please let me know which tech words give you most trouble, so I can include them in future videos.

I work in IT in Hong Kong. This is a great video especially the way how you explain and describe in a clear manner. This really helps every non native speaker like me.

Thank you so much, Nicole! I'm in Seattle too, in a hardware industry, not software. Still, these words used in my industry very often. So glad I found you!

Glad to hear it. What other tech words give you problems? I'm collecting more for the next video.

@@EnglishWithAccentCoachNicole these are some words I ran into recently: configuration, dimension, lubrication, archive, pneumatic, operating, automatically, geometric, drawing, horizontally, macro, interface, properties, initial, 3D printing, symmetry, report.. I'm a cad drafter, so my vocabulary would be more related to drawings, not much engineering. Have a great day!

Hi Please may you tell me How J pronounced in Johannes IF some body say u is it correct And what is the rule? Sorry I am not English native speaker
@EnglishWithAccentCoachNicole3 жыл бұрын
This is not an English name. Maybe German or from another northern European country. I believe it would be pronounced with an English Y sound,, but best ask the person whose name it is.
