I didn't know anything at all about make-up, do my hair, cooking or even workout, and I learned it by watching youtube videos in a different language. So now I know a lot of things that I enjoy to do, plus I learn more english just doing that than what I learn in my school time.

Hello Lucy, I am a Japanese university student and recently started watching your videos. Today you cut your introduction part because it is said to be long, but in my opinion you don't have to care about it and you should do what you want. I like your introduction part, which gives me some kind of knowledge about casual conversation. Those who think it isn't necessary can skip that part right?

Honestly, I think that the last of your advice was really helpful. Many times while I was watching a movie in origianl language I wrote down words which I couldn't understand but then, I didn't check regularly in which skills I was lacking. You're right, because if I'll be able to start making practice in a short period of time, I'll be able to make lots of progress. Most of all, I could do it on a daily basis. Thank you so much. Un saluto dalla Toscana, Alessandro!!

I used to watch american movies in my language and translate instantaneously in English, trying to understand how they were saying this or that also watching the mouth of the actors and it had become an obsession, I couldn't watch anything without thinking it in English but it helped me a lot. Now I do it too sometimes but not that often. Comunque sei grande Lucy! Saluti da Messina :)
