Yes, it's right but the given verb is 'live'. So we frame the question as "How long have you lived there?"

No. The bridge cannot build. We have to build it. When the bridge is the subject and the verb is 'build', we can only use the passive voice.

It's wrong to say the first and the third sentences. The second is correct. Please learn more about active and passive voice. Also about transitive and intransitive verbs.
