I think the first one is a 010 recognizer, the last one is a 101 recognizer.

it was just a figure i think. In the diagram it can be clearly seen that the output isnt affected by the input x.

Mealy model takes only 3 states and at state c if the input is 0, the output is 0 and it returns to the initial state. If the input is 1, the output is 1 and it returns to the initial state if you don't want the sequence to be covered, or it goes to state b if you want a covered sequence. The important thing is that you need only 3 states for the Mealy model of this problem

did you have a mistake if you look at your first table against your last one. You had a the output when in D state to be 1 only when 0 input, but in the last table you had it output 1 for both a input of 1 and 0

it is self evident that this is a moore model, as the outputs are stored within the present state.

You really have to waste zero time. In a mealy machine your inputs are not stored in each state, and the diagrams look completely different - if you are having trouble distinguishing then this video is too far ahead, IMO.
