4500 per/sft + PLC charges if you go for corner flats with views. Also there is one time maintenance and club house charges. Lowest dimension 3bhk 1750 sft should be around 82lakhs..it is quite spacious

Charging way too high. You must speak with residents of previous project, modern spaces 312 west . They will tell you how basic architectural mistakes have been committed and they cannot be undone once the unit has been built. Late handover , bad coordination between the supply chain and civil enggs and architecture. They very inexperienced in real estate field just 1 yr old . Sales ppl Looting customers . Please don't buy here .
