It seems great when you think as a bachelor but it's not. Try to imagine how a day in their lives would be? The kids will not have any exposure if they study locally. Good schools are in main Dehradun. After marriage life becomes more about the kids and less about you.

@@abankitb8 I think the kids in dehradun village are going to be more exposed as compared to city kids. Their parents are more involved in their studies thn the city parents would. @abankitb818 күн бұрын
@@seetu1500 Theoretically, you’re absolutely right. But in reality, all that theory falls apart. Did you even watch the video? The couple is so busy they rely on house help to take care of the kids. @seetu150014 күн бұрын
@@abankitb8 I know they are in remote village near dehradun. I think their parents have help for daily home chores like cleaning, cooking and maintaining the house. Also the school they are going to doesn't ask for faltu activities like alot of art and craft projects. City kids dnt even know how rural India works but these kids have their neighbours who have a big difference in their life style due to income. Such videos risk turning villages into mere extensions of urban areas, eroding the very essence of what makes village life distinct and valuable. Why not focus on proper urban planning and improving city living conditions, rather than turning existing beautiful rural spaces into yet another urban sprawl? Additionally, such videos may inadvertently encourage a rush of people moving to villages without thoughtful planning, potentially transforming these serene spaces into congested urban-like environments.

Dehradun is packed to the brim these days. A lot of it is thanks to those videos that paint a perfect picture, but let me tell you, the real story isn't so rosy. Sure, the northeast of Dehradun has that scenic charm, but buying land in places like Dwara? That’ll cost you a fortune. Dehradun's overpopulated now, and with Mussoorie being so close, you can forget about peaceful walks. Don't be fooled by the pretty views in those videos. It’s easy to make things look dreamy online, and some folks quit their jobs thinking they can live the mountain life, but reality hits hard. It's your decision, but just a heads-up: a few weeks ago, someone got shot in broad daylight. The population boom, driven by people moving here without fully understanding the situation, has spiked the crime rate. If you keep up with the news, you'll see what I mean.
@abankitb821 күн бұрын

Absolutely loved the video and the contrasting lifestyle choices it puts across. As a person in mid 20s it felt like a guidance to take major decisions in life. Also, i couldn't help but notice the difference in patience of both the couples depending on their location. Brilliant video concept @Wint Wealth!

as a local resident of Dehradun, I would see it as non-locals residing in Doon, as per my view this is not good, well thanks to the BJP, they revoked "Bhu Kanoon" now many non-pahadis are coming to our state and living, well if you go to Himanchal, you will have to face problems. well there's nothing we can do until elections or idk, Uttarakhand Mange Bhoo Kanoon

Exactly, why do people not live in their own states. Unless you have a job here, there's no reason to settle here. They're just ruining it for the locals.

Aren’t there legal land issues when buying land in remotest areas? As these are 90Bs or not approved. So how to ensure that safety of investment?
@WR-NC-ASPL3 ай бұрын
There are many rules regarding owning property in another state. The rules are different in each state, and so if you buy agricultural land in another state outside the state of your own domicile, you may lose your money. You can go to another state, pay money to the owner, then go to the registration office and get the property registered in your name and get all the proper registration documents in stamp paper and you are now the official owner of that land. But, when you go to the village office with the registration documents to pay land tax and get that registered in your name in the village office, does the problem start. Example.. 1.. You are living in Kerala and if you buy agricultural land in Maharashtra state, the village officer in Maharashtra will ask you bring a certificate from the village officer in Kerala, stating that you or your parents own agricultural land in Kerala. That is because almost all states have the rule that only a farmer from another state can buy agricultural land in that state. So, unless you or your parents already own agricultural land in Kerala, the land you bought In Maharashtra will not be registered in your name in the village office in Maharashtra. So, you cannot pay land tax, cannot get a bank loan or agricultural loan using that land, cannot construct any farm house in that land. You will not get electricity connection or water connection. You will not get any certificate from the Maharashtra village office regarding your land. All you can do is farm your land using your own money ...
