Inasmuch as Zhihao is messing up the girls, this just shows how badly Zhenzheng misrepresented Pei. He got everyone right except for the girls that Zheng described. How could Zheng, for one second describe Pei as the celebrity look-a-like of Luo? And Luo is the girl he spent the least time with! Least face-to-face contact with my goodness! How could he not remember the girl that he's been spending so much time with? I'll tell you how: after Zheng gave up pursuing Zeze, mistaking Pei being his ideal type as a sign that him and Zeze wouldn't work out, he's been really detaching himself from Pei. He feels so much regret it's showing up in little slips of the tongue. Shiqi and Zhihao didn't need to know his back story with a girl he's no longer with. He spent so much time relaying what happened between him and Zeze that he barely talked about Pei. To the point that he described Luo instead of Pei! And that's why Ge looked so puzzled. Zhihao did an amazing job remembering everyone with how much confusion he was fed. I'm so tired of Zheng at this point.
