I think what you've heard is soccer practice. It really wouldn't make sense to say "practice at soccer practice" so you would say "train at soccer practice"

Training is usually used to RETAIN or MAINTAIN a certain standard. Practice is usually used to IMPROVE to a certain standard. :)

I don't think your first example is right. You may say,"I take (/have) a soccer training course everyday." and in the second example, I don't think you could practice "kick off" 24 hours of "today". Remember to use the present continuous just for the present action.
