Hi Rebecca, I think you're the best teacher I've ever had. Thanks a lot. You have tought me not only some English lesson, but also how to be a better assertive person. You encourage me to study every day, despite the fact I really don't need it. i do that just the pleasure of the knowledge

Is "you overcharged me" not actually too direct which in turn sounds too agressive? Would saying "i have got overcharged" better option?

Hello Rebecca ,,this is so interesting lesson ,But in my origin culture its not polite if i complain like the way here above in examples, can i use phrases or words with complain like "could you" " please "....etc , Thank you

Hello Hayder Ataby, despite the fact I am not Rebeca, I found it an interesting question to discuss about. From my point of view you can use "could you" to complain about something, when and how will basically depends on each situation as is explained in the video. The good sense is always important in this sort of situations.

Hello Rebecca, It's is a very usefull lesson about How to complain. By the way, when you are in travelling outside the country, and if you have got a language barrier in certain context, beleave me that this lesson make your life easier. A few days ago I ordered some Pizza and it came too late. when I got them, they were too cold so I called the store and said "my Pizza is cold and I don't like eating cold pizza, I would like to have fresh pizza next time whit discount" the manege apologized and i got to free pizza next time I ordered.
