Nice review. I bought my first eBike a couple of months ago; I have a local dedicated eBike shop so I was able to test ride several before making a decision. I tried the Aventon Adventure 2 as the only fat tire eBike, and while the ride felt great it was noisy, I think the combined bigger motor plus bigger tires make that noise inevitable. The chain also was making odd noises, which may have just been the one I tested. In the end I got a Magnum Peak T5 which has 2.8" tires (and a 500W motor), not as fat as the 4" tires but still much bigger than anything I've had before.

The fenders fitted with rubber washers as well as the metal ones takes the rattling noise away metal on metal. Worked a treat for me.

The bike I had my eye on to replace my 5 year old Rad Rhino 26’er and guess what? Not coming to the U.K. 🤦🏻♂️ I fully agree … if people learned the basics of ebike repair, they’d save a fortune, it’s the same here in the U.K., bike shops won’t touch e-bikes they don’t sell. As you’ve seen on my Facebook pages 99% are scared to remove the back wheel. Brilliant video as always buddy. Gee

Is it doing 28mph on throttle only? Nice review - looks like a nice bike 👍

Hello my friend, do you know the maximum range on this bike? I would really like to purchase this model but I cannot find anybody on the internet that does a full battery drain range test with pedal assist or throttle only. Any information is helpful. Thank you!

electric mode if they say 40km I assume its 30km. same goes for pas as range depends on so many variables. best is to use two batteries to get that extra freedom range. In essence, 30% less than optimal conditions for a ballpark figure

Hi there! I have mine 2 days now. The handle bars keep wanting to turn to the left. I loosen the spiral cable binders and loosen the cables a bit. It still keeps turning to the left. It seems like there is an alignment issue with the front fork. Anyone experience this?
@PilotgeekАй бұрын
Does it look like the front wheel is centered properly between the forks? Check spacers and make sure the axle sits flush in the dropouts.
@cuppakoffie810Ай бұрын
@Pilotgeek i think I know what the problem is. There is a gap on the one side where the handlebars meet the forks resulting in the the left handle being 122cm from the ground and the right handle 117cm. This is when both wheels are at a 90° angle with the ground.

Hi I have the same bike. But I have problem. If you start move the handle it start shaking and its very unstable. Even when you want to ride without the hands its impossible. Handle start to shake extremly...

Mine has a horrible amount of movement where the steering tube meets the fork to the point of being dangerous .Will get in touch with seller to try and sort it out,its definetley missing a lower bearing i think yours has the same fault.

@@GG-ml3vr Hi do you habe a foto od fthe bearing to chceck if mine is miising also
@GG-ml3vrАй бұрын
@@daniel_madarSorry cant do photo but yeah i got a bike mechanic to look at it and it was indeed missing the bottom bearing from the headset assembly, a 1 1/8 caged bearing also had no grease at all from the factory.Was not expensive to fix £40 with a full bike check.Working great now but the mechanic found four other bolts/screws not tightened so i would recommend getting a professional check done on these bikes.Definetly not the best qc from the factory.

Why did they have to put their name in giant letters on the side? The next step would be a billboard you pull behind you. It'd be nice if you did a bit more testing of the hill climbing abilities, not all of us live someplace so flat.

There's a fairly large hill a few miles from me, maybe I'll take it over and do a more formal hill climb test.
