Engwe needs to stop calling a bike with a butt spring "dual suspension". Dual suspension bikes are expected to have a shock on the rear wheel, not a spring under the butt. A hard tail bike is still a hard tail bike. It's a cheap business tactic to try and say something that it's not. Engwe needs to learn how to make a real dual-suspensioin bik.

I agree, it’s a marketing gimmick. They do have true dual suspension bikes though.

It speaks of untrustworthy practice to me, if theyre so prone to lying in a main advert, what kind of after sales service could you expect from them if you had trouble with parts, damages, parts breakdown, etc, it doesnt sound as if it would be good. Still its a great bike tho.
