Keep in mind this is the default settings on the bike. From the factory/seller nothing changed but the units for speed.
The speedometer can be easily fixed by changing the wheel size in the menus
Not sure if this is a review or not but hopefully this helps you guys out :). Re-uploaded added new measurement section.

Hello, how does it work as in the bike? very simple just like scooters you twist the throttle and go. There is also a pedal assist where it waits for you to pedal before it starts putting power on the motor. As for the trip distance, my bike you have to reset it manually. I have an older model of the bike so I'm not sure how the newer bikes behave im assuming its the same as well

Hi, Jeff. How long did delivery take after you placed an order for the bike? I live in Ireland as well. Thanks.
@JeffyTology
@JeffyTology 4 жыл бұрын
Hi Alex it took about 3 months for mine to arrive but when I ordered it they had no black so that took an extra week before they shipped and it also got held up in the locker/warehouse in EU since it was Black Friday season as well so it stayed there for an extra week before shipping from Poland to Ireland. So realistic time frame would be still 2 to 3 months, unless you find a seller or stock that is in the EU :)

Hi, what would be your oppinion about using more powerful charger (13 s, 54.6 v, 4 A). The range is not ao great so faster charger could help with this.
@JeffyTology
@JeffyTology 3 жыл бұрын
It might help depending on your use case but you'll still be waiting there for ages and you'll also lessen the lifetime of your battery, if more range is your issue buying a secondary battery would make more sense since you can just swap the batteries in under a minute, but you know batteries aint cheap either. You could also buy a bigger battery and put it on the back of the bike if you don't care about how bulky it would look.

Not sure what you mean by level of shimano. For throttle, All expect PAS 0 has it enabled, PAS 0 means the bike itself has no power. Yes the lights are integrated front and back. you might want to get a brighter light though since the one in the front is not that powerful.

@JeffyTology
@JeffyTology 3 жыл бұрын
I know I have a different version of the bike, but can you elaborate on what is exactly wrong and what values you have set? Like for example for P08 which is the speed limit right, what do you have it set at? and to test if this setting actually works I'd set a limit of 10kmph just to test that it actually would limit the speed. For P10 what are your values again? are you trying to turn off the throttle fully?
@viniciusulianrabelo4463
@viniciusulianrabelo4463 3 жыл бұрын
@@JeffyTology So for P08, I tried a lot of values as low as 10 as well, but it doesnt work, it just fallows the speed on pass number modes.. for the P10 it is at 2 which is both on, I tried 0 to turn off completely, but again doesnt work, even tried 1 but same result, working both. So it looks like this option are not working at all on the controller...
@JeffyTology
@JeffyTology 3 жыл бұрын
@@viniciusulianrabelo4463 Okay it sounds like the same thing as my bike then even though mine is the older model. The PAS sets the speed limit right so for the speed limit to kick in you might need to set the PAS to the highest value when you're riding. As for the throttle control, it says here on the manual that setting for P10 are as follows. 0; disables the throttle only but PAS will still kick in. 1; disables PAS but throttle is enabled. 2; Is both enabled but requires P09 to be set to 1. Can you check P09's value (keep a not of it before changing anything) and maybe play around with it, set PO9 to 0 and set P10 to disable either PAS or Throttle. Let me know how you get on :)

JeffyTology I appreciate the reply 👍 I got my first ebike a few days ago and gave it a little test run. I’m slightly confused regarding the speed its showing. I have a dual 750w hub motor, 20x4” tires. I’ve set the computer to 20” but it’s showing less MPH (24mph) than if I was to set it to 24” (30mph) but then if i set it to 25” the top speed tops out at 32mph.... Which setting should I stick to as I’m unsure. Any help would be much appreciated! 🙏
@JeffyTology
@JeffyTology 3 жыл бұрын
@@rice1985 so with ebikes you will always want to set the wheels to the correct size, so if you got a 20inch set set it to 20inch. In this video I had a 2-3 unit discrepancy because of the wheels not being set properly on the display. Let me use this simple explanation think of one revolution on a wheel, if you have a 20inch wheel lets say and you set it to 27 inch on the controller. The onboard computer thinks you have a 27inch wheel but since you got a smaller wheel in reality the speed controller will calculate it incorrectly, makes it think you're going faster because the wheel is turning in a faster rate than it should be. Your actual speed doesn't actually change its just the calculations. Hope that explanation is clear enough!
