I did a range test on this bike..Pedal Assist 3 and 4...no throttle..Got 49 miles. What a cool bike especially for the price..

Man, I wish this was available when I spent a grand on my wimpy, 350 W 36 V folding step thru e bike. No range, barely does 20 mph and the battery drains very fast.

Amount of customer service is factored into the price. Is the battery UL listed?

@@DM-fp8uw I could not find anything about the battery being UL listed, so I’m going to say no, as far as customer service. I don’t know. I haven’t had to call them. My contacts have been very good with me though. I did look into the company prior to doing the video. The company has a shaky past, but I think they’re trying to move beyond that and build a better bike and have better customer service, which seems to be reflecting in there Facebook groups with people being much happier. I could tell you that all of these companies are struggling right now trying to keep up.

Just got mine, the seat is a little too high for me, do you know any seat post replacement, the diameter of the post, and where I can get one?

@@sompasongs thanks for watching the seat post on the bike is a 27.2 mm and they are available on Amazon. He is a link to one amzn.to/46EdeJK The seat is also contributing a little height to the bike because of the folding mechanism. If you don’t need to take your battery off, you could change the seat out also. Or you could just pull the seat out when you want to take the battery off.
