When hot hands procs, he uses LL on all targets to increase flameshock dmg 100%

For this season, besides the lashing flames, lightning rod is also the reason u change target a lot because it only applies on main target.

wish I still enjoyed playing enhance but looking at Details and seeing Tempest and Chain lightning do 50% or more of my overall is just demotivating as fuck. To me it makes pressing everything else just feels like filler.
