Great Video jebus👍🏻 Worth noting that if you have troops in an Area where you cant land, you can hover close to them and if your hover ist stable enough they will return to the helo. This ist great for cities and forested areas.

Nvm you did mention that in the Csar section. But it works for normal troops too!

@@Dr_Jebusyou can get in a perfect hover with the 24 but it takes some time and help from the autopilot. And it isnt that important as the hind likes to stay fast

This kinda makes troop drops by far the most effective and safest way of destroying ground targets in a helicopter. Bit of a shame as actually blowing things up yourself is more fun but with the laser accuracy or ground fire it's not advisable. Popping out of cover to ATGM sams in a Hind is satisfying but bloody stressful!

Yeah, absolutely. Though it depends on helicopter. The hind can't carry standard troops so can only use special forces for depots. You can absolutely recon with hind though. But certainly, the fastest way I have ever hurt the front line is with Huey troop drops. If the enemy does not hunt you down, your only limiting factor is fuel and you can do huge damage

@@Dr_Jebus I could switch my Hind tactics up in that case and become a right bastard. Load up in a Hind with some gun pods and r60's if available ( and if they can lock a Huey ) and hunt down some 'unfortunate sons' across the front ;-)

this enigma and coop80s servers are getting much too complicated for me. i just want to dive into exciting semi-realistic but balanced pvp environments without taking 5 months of learning the mechanics or joining any discord channels (i´m still not using jiz-cord - aka spycord - at all) but everytime i invest half an hour to sneak my hind into frontlines, i immediatly get killed by someone in the mod-plane (A4) from out of nowhere. No fun at all. Also, the coin system makes it kind of warthunder-ish. arcade pvp bullshit. Additionaly, SRS always seems to get spammed by 1 or 2 players so that you actually cant make any accurate callouts at time.

And how do you find any groud troops`?

If you mean enemy ground troops then the CAS guide here discusses where to find them kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6DMonxtpdKFmbssi=Roly71DtciZV7a6v if you mean friendly ground troops, just be landed at any friendly farp or airfield and use the coms menu F10 to load them

The thing i dont like about FARPS....you have a hardtime finding one close to the frontline

Well, you can always be within half a sector of the front. But yeah, for helis that can still be quite a journey
