Few tips & tricks ..which has helped me with my weight.. 1. Eat only when u r hungry.. there’s no rule breakf,lunch, dinner snack.. 2. Take Apple cider vinegar. 3. Daily walk. 4.try slowly intermittent fasting.. 4. Eat just handful of nuts after each meal .. that will make u full.. 4. Fat is your best friend / nuts, ghee,butter,coconut oil. 5. Stay away from vegetable & hydrogenated oils. 6. Never skip your thyroid medication. 7. More importantly as you said.. Love yourself ❤ Peace & love..❤❤

There is one line she said "nammal vere ullavare please cheyyan nikumbo nammak kittunnoru peru und, Ahankari", that is something most people who stop pleasing others get called! .....Having a self opinion, raising your voice against the wrong, trying to live for your self rather than for others makes you a great Ahankari according to the so called judging society! Its better to build a strong society of "Ahankaris" than to build a weak society of scared and suppressed victims!
