Enjoy life when you can

This week was a hell week for me so far. Three good days and two really bad days. But I enjoyed those good days. Lived my life the best way I could and rested the bad days.
Just because I had a few bad days doesn't mean give up. a lot of time we get in flare after have a good month or so. Some jus give up and let the disease run there lives. I know I have been there. But now they are just days there is always hope for a better tomorrow.

It is hard to cope with vestibular illness, I've felt the despair and fear many times but I have to build the resolve to live the best with what I have. Your content has lightened the burden in my day to day, thanks Meniere's Disease Warrior, keep it up!

All of August was that way. September has been kinder to me. Went out fishing with my brother on his boat the other day. Actually surprised myself, handled the waves and water okay. As always though there was a price to pay, a couple days of emerging symptoms and the recovery. Over the years I’ve let up on the use of meds to deal with the effects of Meniere’s as well. We just keep going, no other choice. 😊
