A lot of times we let fear take over. Even if we are having a good day we will talk our selves out of enjoying it. I know it's hard not to let the anxiety win. But if we plan well we can make the fear a lot less.

I do have fear in the shower as well. I had a drop attack in the shower in October on my Anniversary weekend in Skyline Drive lodge in Virginia. I bruised up pretty bad. My husband is my hero. I also have a fear of riding in the car after our accident in Oct 2022, when this all started. But I still go on and do things because I have to keep going. ❤

I'm like you I try not to drive unless absolutely necessary but once I had a bad vertigo attack driving over a viaduct to work one morning.... The guys driving behind me helped me out..... One got out walked me to the passenger side of my car then drove my car to a safe parking spot and called my mom to come get me..... I never knew people like this existed.... I never got his name but I found him on Facebook and him and his buddy got a gift certificate for a steak dinner

I live by my self and can't drive to far. It's my understanding that there's not test that can prove you have meniers disease. I know I have it.

@@gregbarney344 my primary care doctor ordered me a MRI and flat out told me I know nothing about Meniere's disease I am sending you to a specialist (she has actually done about as much research on it as I have after the diagnosis) I would definitely find another doctor
