Jon, for your back, have you ever tried a "massage gun"? I hurt my knee a while ago, and started to have back problems, it literally completely fixed my leg/lower back problem in around 2-3 weeks. I had the problem for 3 years. Look into it, you don't need an expensive one, $80 USD from Amazon will do. Just get one with as many head types as possible. Hope it could help!
