The only thing that stopped them getting blown off that mountain with their kayaks on their shoulders was the weight of their massive cojones! This is a story that needs to be told beyond the paddling community. The destruction of gold mining is forever altering the rivers and lives of Ecuador and must be stopped. Nice job Deigo, Ben and Wille❤

What an incredible trip. With you being so isolated in absolutely hard terrain and terrible conditions - what would be the plan in case someone needed out? Three days to take out? I can't imagine the suffering!
