Man I feel that manager thing. I would work from 5am to 10pm sometimes for this guy making his business run and he would yell at me if the smallest thing went wrong. He was so bad with time management I basically had to make everything work and happen in completely unreasonable amounts of time. Current boss is a legend and will forever have my respect. One of our clients made the other front desk person cry and when he heard his response was "Who the f was it. Tell me their name." and that same day they were no longer our client.

I can't function in that type of work setting without a decent manager, I always feel so bad when I can't help calm others who angry cry cuz I relate to how much that feeling sucks.
