There's a separate level in observation duty 7 that is a gas station and there are dozens of items from super market simulator. I think they are generic assets used in both :). The bread on the counter in the kitchen in this level is also the same (albeit a bit more dusty here).

Arin actually did a good job on this one, catching a lot of subtle changes! This specific location is the free demo for the game, so I've played it too, and it took me longer to see the text in the snow, although it looks a little clearer here than it did in the actual game on my main monitor. It's also really funny that they were making that joke in this episode, but they never got the anomaly where the dog bone grows huge! I was really expecting that to be another "Spider kiss?" moment!

I just want to say that I feel so validated that you two are also struggling in this game. This level was a part of a demo for the game. I gave it a go, because it's one of my favorite series that you do. I chalked my inability to complete the stage as it being easier to watch others play than actually playing the game. Seeing ya'll struggling as well makes me feel better about my experience.

I think the one thing the game could do is tell you that anomalies won't start until at least X:XX. Like, say they only start after midnight, and start the game at 11:30. It doesn't have to mean that an anomaly WILL happen at midnight, but at least you know how long you can trust that what you're memorizing isn't potentially incorrect.
