I find driving a great way to release my built up anger because I can call people out on their lack of common sense and awareness, and their rudeness and stupidity, and never have them know I was mad at them or have to worry about their reactions. It is very invigorating and freeing. Lol. When someone is driving with me and they witness my behavior they are usually shocked and have to tell me to calm down. Lol.

A book even tho I always get dizzy if trying to read while moving, and finally 5. New music on my phone or on a CD in case my phone runs out of battery, yup, I can't be bored for one second, it kills me.

Only the types next to us are our wings. There is a tritype theory which states that everyone has a dominant type in each center: Head (5,6,7), Heart (2,3,4), and Instinctive (8,9,1); each of which will have a profound impact on our personality.
@matthewaaronallen15984 жыл бұрын
You actually can't be a 9w7. Wings can only be the two numbers on either side of your number. As a 9, your possible wings are 8 and 1. Your wing isn't necessarily the second highest type you relate to. I'm a 9w1, but I highly relate to the 2, so much sometimes that I question whether I might be a 2 instead of a 9. As the other person explained, there is a tritype theory, and I definitely have 2 in my tritype, but 2 cannot be my wing, because it is not adjacent to 9.

OMG you ladies are the BEST!!! This is hilarious! As a 3 w2 I can kind of relate to your depiction of the 3 (and it's super funny!) - but I have a hard time relating to the emphasis on material status symbols. I wonder if it's because the core motivation for my workaholism is that I want people to appreciate ME as the one that can produce amazing things, regards of what it takes? So it's less about the material trappings of my hard work, and more about my specialness in being the one that can produce more/better than anyone else. The other piece of the 3 (at least for me) is that the condition of whatever material things I do own means a lot to me - only as it reflects on me. So for example, I would never in a million years let someone in my car if it weren't totally clean and nice - but it doesn't have to be completely perfect if it's just me. I couldn't bear the shame associated with having someone think less of me if my car were dirty. Same thing with my house. It doesn't have to be perfect when it's just me there - but if I am having people over, you've got to know that I am ironing napkins and putting fresh flowers out and cleaning like a banshee... because my house is a reflection of me. And I couldn't handle it if people saw the "real" me (I hope that makes sense!). This isn't in any way meant to diminish any of what you do for the 3's... I totally get that there are 3's out there that may be super materialistically focused... just wanted to give you another angle into the mind of a 3 (scary place to be sometimes!). :-)

I'm a four and I don't like to drive because I don't like being cut off from my environment. There's too much responsibility for maneuvering and storing a car that sucks away the experience of living. There is something so visceral about walking--or taking public transportation for that matter--and, bonus, it's better for the environment. Unfortunately, owning a car is kind of a necessity in most parts of the U.S. One of the things I love most about living overseas is not owning a car.

Same here. Mostly afraid of hitting someone else and that feeling of panic when forced to make a snap decision in a split second. But people who take the responsibility seriously ultimately make better drivers. You just have to get used to it until it starts becoming muscle memory.
